New Interface of Customization Module
 

 

1. New Features

-Integrated customization modules (cabinets, wardrobes, system cabinets, bathroom vanities, whole wood, shower rooms) and hardscape modules (tiling, ceilings/walls, plumbing/electrical, painting), allowing the use of assets from different modules without switching.

-New panel toggle location: Top menu → Settings → Global Settings → Whole House/Hardscape Assets Panel Selection.

-Integrated asset plaza, enabling design schemes and decorative item placement in one step.

-Integrated customization circles for easy access to third-party customization libraries.

-Integrated freestyle cabinet design, allowing seamless switching between parametric design and freestyle cabinet design.

-Custom sorting support for favorites categories.

-Enterprise-level custom sorting for top-level categories.

-Product category directory changed from a collapsed dropdown to a tiled display.

 

2. Detailed Instructions

2.1 UI Layout Description

2.1.1 Cloud Library & Customization Module Toggle:

-Click "Home" to switch to the asset plaza, where you can browse and use assets.

-Clicking a module name displays the corresponding libraries and categories available for that module.


2.1.2 Customization Module Categories:
Within the customization module, the asset panel’s top bar displays the module names accessible to the account. Clicking them shows the corresponding libraries, categories, and assets.

2.1.3 Switching Asset Libraries:
For organizations or individual accounts with multiple libraries enabled, this option allows switching to other libraries.

2.1.4 Top-Level Asset Library Categories:
Displays the top-level categories of the currently selected library.

-Standard categories for cabinets, wardrobes, system cabinets, and bathroom vanities: Product placement, combination layouts, front-end customization library, freestyle cabinet library, freestyle cabinet design.

-Standard categories for whole wood: Product placement, combination layouts, front-end customization library, wall panel solution library.

-Standard categories for shower rooms: Product placement, combination layouts.

 

Category Display Notes:

-For cabinets, wardrobes, system cabinets, and bathroom vanities, the front-end customization library must be added by the enterprise (see Front-End Customization Library Function Description). The freestyle cabinet library and freestyle cabinet design are displayed by default for personal accounts but require "New Freestyle Cabinet Design" permissions for enterprise accounts.

-For whole wood, the front-end customization library and wall panel solution library must be added by the enterprise.

2.1.5 Second- and Third-Level Categories:
Tiled display for second- and third-level categories.

2.1.6 Fourth-Level and Beyond Categories:
Categories beyond the fourth level are displayed above the asset list.

2.1.7 Asset Tags:
If cabinet assets have tags, they are displayed here. Clicking a tag filters assets based on the tag content.

2.1.8 Asset List

2.1.9 Asset List Display Modes:

-Linked by Default: Assets with linked models set in the backend are displayed as a group.

-Tiled Mode: Displays all visible assets under the current category.

 

2.1.10 Quick Access:

-Favorites: Previously "Collections," now displays favorites for the selected module and the original freestyle cabinet "My Library."

-Asset Circle: Previously the asset plaza design circle.

-Backend: Visible if the account has backend permissions.

-Asset Creation: The original "Asset Creation" from the top menu has been moved here.

2.1.11 Panel Operations:
Allows maximizing or minimizing the asset window.

2.1.12 Hide Second- and Third-Level Categories:
Click to hide these categories. When hidden, hovering over a top-level category displays its corresponding menu.


 

2.2 Cross-Module Asset Usage

In the asset panel, click another module name to quickly display its categories and assets.



 

2.3 Custom Circles

Customization circles joined by individuals or enterprises are displayed here (see Customization Circle Function Description).




2.4 Freestyle Cabinet Design

-The original standalone freestyle cabinet design asset panel has been removed and integrated into the new asset panel. The new category directory is more intuitive, and the asset list displays more content.

-The original freestyle cabinet "My Library" has been moved to Favorites for unified management with parametric cabinets. The new panel supports custom category sorting and displays more content.

-The original quick-add custom doors, drawers, and curved door installation entries have been removed. The new version allows accessing these functions via the top menu: "Install → Doors, Drawers, Curved Doors" or by setting shortcuts in "Tools → Settings → Whole House Customization."



 

2.5 Favorites Category Sorting

Drag and drop category names to rearrange their order.

 



 

2.6 Enterprise Category Custom Sorting

Enterprise accounts can customize the display order of top-level categories. For setup details, refer to Asset Library Top-Level Category Sorting.

3. FAQ

3.1 Can I use the old interface?
A: Yes. Go to the top menu → Tools → Settings → Whole House Customization → Asset Library Mode, and select "Enable Classic Panel."

 


 

3.2 Why can’t I see my enterprise’s assets in the hardscape module?
A: Future updates will allow enterprises to configure this in the workbench. Stay tuned.
