When the top or bottom line cannot be added, the following situations can be referred to:

Method 1: When the top/bottom line of the cabinet is shifted, check whether there is a value in the extension value edited for the top/bottom line of the cabinet. Modify the extension value to 0 and operate according to the following steps:

1. Right-click the top/bottom line, select Line - Line Editing;

2. Modify the extension value to 0 and click OK.

Method 2: Check whether the cabinets are not placed properly. Drag and attach the cabinets that are not placed properly, then right-click the blank wall - All Lines - Top Line Installation - Select the model and material to be installed - OK;

Method 3: If the above operations are correct, you can submit the solution number to the customer service teacher during working hours to check if there is a problem with the cabinet.
