1.Basic Operations

1.1 Added a [Close Page] button to the save progress overlay (for All)
Highlight:
When saving a project, users can now interrupt the save process via a [Close Page] button.
Problem Solved:
Solved the issue where the page could not be closed if an error occurred during the save process.
Steps:
A [Close Page] button is added to the save progress overlay. It appears after 30 seconds.
Clicking it cancels the save and terminates the process.

2.Rendering & Lighting
2.1 Light application properties - Occlusion Brightness parameter (for All)
Highlight:
Optimizes the issue where the light application properties overlay obscured the brightness parameter input field, and adds synchronization setting instructions.
Problem Solved:
Addresses user feedback that the application properties would cover the brightness parameter field, preventing direct input. Users previously had to wait for the property panel to disappear before they could enter values.
Feature Value:
Resolves this interaction issue, improving user satisfaction.
Steps:
1.On the design page, click Render to enter the rendering interface.
2.Click on a light to adjust its Brightness property.

3.Customization
3.1 Search adds recent search history and hot keyword suggestions (for All)
Highlight:
Designers can view recent search history for quick asset retrieval.
Designers can use hot keywords to find trending assets and speed up design.
Problem Solved:
Allows designers to quickly search for assets, discover popular ones, improving search speed and experience.
Steps:
Open a 3D project and enter a Customization module.
Click the search box. Recent search history (with delete option) and hot keyword recommendations will be displayed below.

3.2 Painter optimization - Custom category brush (for enterprise users)
Highlight:
Combines Painter with custom category logic, increasing flexibility and design speed. When picking up material, it shows the material category and applicable assets. Designers can choose via a checkbox whether to apply only to assets with matching custom categories.
Problem Solved:
While assets allow material replacement based on custom categories, the strict rule sometimes hindered designers. For multi-component objects, there were scenarios where they wanted to apply material ignoring categories, and others where they wanted to apply only to specific categories. This checkbox lets users configure free or strict brushing logic.
Steps:
Open a design project in a Customization module containing assets with both custom(like back panel material) and system material categories.
Checked (Custom Category Mode):Picking a system-category material can only be applied to system-category assets. Picking a custom-category material can only be applied to assets with that custom category.
Unchecked (Free Mode):Picking any material (system or custom) can be freely applied to any currently selected object (no category validation).
Note:

When the source object has multiple materials, users can choose which one to pick up from a list. How to create custom material category

3.3 Edge banding inheritance after point dispersion (for Production)
Highlight:
Improved edge banding inheritance. The edge banding type remains unchanged after dispersion.
Problem Solved:
Solved the issue where edge banding types became disordered after point dispersion, requiring users to manually reconfigure them repeatedly.
Feature Value:
Reduces repetitive configuration steps, improving user efficiency.
Optimizes functionality, reducing production errors.

3.4 Arc-shaped panels/doors - Added expansion slots (for - Production)
Highlight:
Arc-shaped doors/panels now support expansion slots.
Problem Solved:
in the original function, slots were only generated on the arc itself. For actual production, this often resulted in insufficient smoothness and an inability to fully achieve the desired arc effect. The new version allows users to add expansion slots, perfecting the production functionality for arc-shaped panels/doors.
Feature Value:
Provides users with a complete arc-shaped door/panel creation function, enriching real-world production scenarios.
Solves arc-shaped door production fit issues, improving user satisfaction.

3.5 Contour lines - Added setting to not generate top/skirt lines along specific paths (for enterprise)
Highlight:
Supports setting specific paths where top lines or skirt lines will not be generated for models.
Problem Solved:
Previously, skirt lines could only be set to not generate when touching the floor, and top lines had no setting for whether to generate them.
Steps:
In the management console, open the asset, enter contour line restriction editing, select top line/skirt line, click "Do Not Generate" settings.

Check "Do not generate along path" and set the non-generation path.

When generates skirt/top lines in design interface, they will be broken/removed for asset paths set to not generate.

4. Finishing Customization
4.1 Single-space wall display optimization (for All)
Highlight:
Walls are displayed according to the actual space, filtering out redundant walls.
Enables lightweight display of single-space entities.
Problem Solved:
Solved the visual interference caused by displaying unnecessary walls in single-space view in the old version.
Eliminates the cluttered feeling when viewing spatial layouts.
Feature Value:
Improves visual clarity in single-space view, making spatial layouts clearer.
Optimizes space boundaries, reducing visual misinterpretation.
Enhances the design experience in single-space scenarios.

4.2 Cross-story door/window installation and display optimization (for All - multi-story version)

Multi-story version(under testing): https://aihouse.3vjia.com/design?isVilla

(Note: Not suitable for production; Projects in multi-story version cannot be opened in common version)

Highlight:
Cross-floor doors/windows support precise hole generation: automatically creates corresponding wall openings for cross-floor scenarios.
Eliminates abnormal model display issues from the old version, matching actual installation effects.
No boundary limits for drawing doors/windows in multi-story scenes: supports drawing doors/windows beyond single walls in multi-story versions, adapting to spatial structures.
Problem Solved:
Solved the issue where cross-floor door/window drawing in the old version couldn't automatically generate corresponding wall openings.
Solved the design limitation in multi-story versions where door/window drawing was restricted by single-wall boundaries, hindering adaptation to cross-floor spaces.
Feature Value:
Ensures high-fidelity representation of cross-floor door/window designs and their actual installation effects in complex spaces like villas and duplexes.
Breaks door/window drawing restrictions in multi-story scenes, meeting personalized spatial design needs.

4.3 Cross-floor walls support continuous pattern material editing for seamless tiling (for All- multi-story version)
Highlight:
Supports Ctrl+click to select multiple walls (including multi-story) for seamless pattern tiling, adapting to continuous pattern design needs. Allows unified modification of texture properties and dimensions.
Eliminates texture breakage, restoring a continuous visual effect for materials.
Textures used in continuous tiling support batch replacement, simplifying operations.
Problem Solved:
Solved the issue in the old version where cross-story wall material textures couldn't be tiled seamlessly, resulting in broken and unappealing visual effects.
Feature Value:
Enhances the decorative quality of cross-story hardwall spaces, creating a more integrated look for wall materials.
Supports seamless pattern tiling needs in villa decoration, expanding hardwall design capabilities.

5.Aluminum Doors & Windows
5.1 Side-press Sliding Window (for All)
Highlight:
Aligns with mainstream market aluminum door/window products – side-press sliding windows – providing design capability.
Complete door/window opening animation – sliding.
Quickly helps designers achieve sliding window design scenarios.
Problem Solved:
Solved the previous inability to draw sliding windows.
Steps:
Enter the Aluminum Doors & Windows drawing canvas.
On the left, select series:Casement Window/Casement Door.
Draw the outer frame and mullions.
For opening sash, choose the opening method labeled [Sliding].
Notes:
Installation Restrictions:
The sliding direction location must have a fixed position.
Fixed area width ≥ Total width of sliding areas + Number of sliding areas * N.
If location width doesn't meet requirements, the corresponding sliding sash area will turn red. If unmodified, this state persists and remains marked upon reopening the project.

Problem Solved:
Solved the issue in sliding series where mullions drawn in lower fixed areas couldn't align with the center point of the movable sash frame.
Feature Value:
Optimizes design function, reduces design difficulty, and lessens the designer's calculation workload.
Step:
When drawing/dragging a mullion: when moved near the center point of an active sash frame, a snap line and snapping sensation appear.
