A Major Leap in Smart Manufacturing

GoldenHome, a leading provider of premium integrated kitchen cabinets and custom home solutions, operates over 4,000 retail outlets worldwide. The new Dallas facility, its first North American panel and lacquered furniture production base, introduces three major technological breakthroughs:

  • Fully digitalized production management;
  • Automated, flexible manufacturing;
  • A dual-quality assurance system combining automated testing with manual inspection.

This launch underscores GoldenHome's strategic vision of integrating China's digital manufacturing expertise with North America's evolving market demands. It also reflects the company's commitment to setting new global manufacturing standards. Spanning 130,000 square feet, the Dallas factory boasts a daily production capacity of 500 high-end custom kitchen cabinets and is expected to create around 100 jobs in its initial phase.

GoldenHome has collaborated with JEGA's parent company, Sunvega, since 2016. By providing end-to-end digital solutions for GoldenHome's cabinetry business, Sunvega has played a key role in accelerating its digital transformation and bringing advanced Chinese manufacturing to the global stage. At the launch event, JEGA's North American Business Lead, Lai Zeqiang, and industry expert Bill Tsai joined GoldenHome executives for in-depth discussions on the company's expansion strategy in North America.
